Miscreations: Gods, Monstrosities & Other Horrors is out today in ebook, paperback, and hardcover formats at venues such as Barnes & Noble and Amazon. Co-edited by Doug Murano and Michael Bailey, this anthology features new work by Josh Malerman, Theodora Goss, Ramsey Campbell, Laird Barron, Victor LaValle, Christina Sng, Lisa Morton, Max Booth III, Brian Hodge, Mercedes M. Yardley, M.E. Bronstein, Nadia Bulkin, Scott Edelman, Bracken MacLeod, R.B. Payne, Kristi DeMeester, Stephanie M. Wytovich, Michael Wehunt and Usman T. Malik. Alma Katsu, author of The Hunger, wrote the Foreword.

My contribution to the book is a tale entitled “My Knowing Glance.” It’s the sequel to my Bram Stoker Award-winning story “Magdala Amygdala” and takes place in the same world at about the same time.

My Knowing Glance layout

What happens when we make monsters? What happens when we make monsters of ourselves? Grotesque beings lurch from our darkest dreams. Vicious beasts stalk our twisted pasts. Lost souls haunt our deepest regrets. They are the blood on our hands. They are the obsessions in our heads. They are the vengeance in our hearts. They are Miscreations: Gods, Monstrosities & Other Horrors.
